Go Will, Go!

Will is READING!!! Today, we had a bit of downtime and I asked if he wanted to sit down and try to read some in the book I had. We have the Go Dog, Go board book that he has loved but it is quite different from the original Go Dog, Go which we had checked out from the library. He obliged Momma and sat down...and STARTED READING!!! He read many of the words by sight and the ones he didn't know he sounded out. His attention span got him through about half of the book and with each page he great more and more proud!!! It was just incredible to witness...I was beaming inside and out! On every turn of the page he would take just a few seconds to scan the page and see what was happening in the pictures then he's get down to business and read the words. He could hardly wait for Daddy to get home to show him! Next stop, Kindergarten!!!
