Taking Care of Sister

One of the neatest things about having a baby around the house is seeing how the older child/children care for the baby, especially when they don't know your watching. I remember just loving this when Grady was a baby. Grady was crying on our bed and Will climbed up with his beloved Mr. Duck and, unprompted, gave him to Grady...luckily Grady quieted down so Will was SO proud that he (and Mr. Duck) had the magic touch:
"Reading" to Grady:
Will has loved to hold and help care for Rebecca Jane since she's been home...but Grady on the other hand has been a little more of a two year old about it (surprise, surprise). Only when it's on his terms!!! Recently though, I have spotted him bringing her books, lacing boards and strings...one day he ran back and forth from the playroom to the den bringing her random toys for 30 minutes!
Will playing dinosaurs with RJ...on her face I think :-/
Look closely by her lap and you'll see a little present Will brought to RJ while she was sleeping (dinosaurs of course, what every baby girl needs!):
